As a Candidate, and for recruitment and selection purposes, you've decided on a voluntary basis, expressly and unequivocally consenting its treatment by Documática, to provide us your personal data and information for contact/identification details such as name, address, telephone, email address, date of birth, gender, nationality and information to check your eligibility and selection criteria laid down in the vacancy notice, such as education, previous working experience, languages, and duties.

However, all fields in the Application Form are mandatory and must be completed in full. We need such data to manage and handle your application for the applicable open position at various stages of the selection procedures. The data you've provided to us will be accessed and processed by our Human Resources staff involved in the selection procedure and by the members of the department connected to the position you've applied. We'll process the personal data according to our privacy policy.

We'll keep your data for a period of 10 years as of the termination of employment or as of the last pension payment. Selection files of non-recruited applicants are kept for 2 years following the expiry of the related selection procedure. Following this retention period, personal and selection files are destroyed.
